Inspired by an image series by Masahisa Fukase called “Ravens”, I created a silhouette as part of a suit project which I then submitted to the Nagoya Contest. I was invited to participate in the Final of the contest as 1 of 38 finalists out of over 8000 applicants in September 2023 in Nagoya Japan.

The Suit Features an oversized collar, extremely wide and square shoulders with multiple shoulder pads as support, a one button closure, a curved transition from the front towards the back to expose the custom made Re-Polyester lining when viewed from behind. The ensemble includes a scarf-hood and a cargo shorts. Everything is constructed out of Super 110s Italian wool to ensure maximum wearing comfort and drape.
